Bobby Fisher dies at 64

A modern genius, an eccentric, and certainly one of the greatest chess masters of all time, Bobby Fisher died of undisclosed causes. Fisher was a renegade and defied the US government by playing a chess game against Boris Spassky, due to sanctions against former Yugoslavia, Fisher was expatriated and went into hiding for years. This contributed to his madness and he became avidly anti-American.

How utterly saddened I am to hear this. The man was a pure talent. You can’t help but to think of Bobby Fischer when looking at a chess board. So many of the greats are passing with time.
